SAP HR Consultant Brussels
Context of the mission
The client, an insurance company in Belgium, faces challenging SAP projects in 2010. The intention is to integrate the bank insurance population into their SAP HR system. This project mainly focuses on payroll, time, PA, OM and reporting + data migration.
In the meantime their current SAP HR system has been upgraded to ECC 6.
As the SAP HR team faces challenging projects in 2010, the client is searching a SAP HR consultant, focus payroll, to enable the current team members to participate in the projects and free up their time from operational duties. In peak project activities, project participation of SAP HR consultant will be requested as well.
Period mission
Start Date: ASAP
Full time, preference focus on month end (more intense payroll activities)
Duration: 1 year, with possible extension.
Language requirement
French and Dutch speaking, English writing and reading skills.
Required knowledge and experience
Required level and content of education: University grade.
Personal skills, Mandatory:
- Logical, synthetic and analytic mind set.
- Able to work in team or independently.
- Creative, pragmatic, result oriented.
- Open minded and good communication skills.
Business experience required, Mandatory:
- HR business
Technical experience required
Mandatory:
- +/- 5 years experience in SAP HR Payroll (gross calculation), PA and OM
- +/- 5 years experience in ABAP programming
Preferable:
- Knowledge of Group S interface
- MsAccess and MsExcel macro’s/development
- Wintime knowledge
Objective of the job
Globally :
- Support of our operational SAP HR system:
o Payroll, OM, PA
o Interface with Group S
o Interface with time management tool (Wintime)
o Reporting (currently based on MsAccess and Ms Excel) - During peak project activities: analysis, documentation, testing, data migration,…
