An international support agency in Luxembourg will need many SAP consultants with start date in third quarter this year.

The SAP consultants we need will have experience in at least one of these domains:

  1. Financial Management (FM)
  2. Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
  3. Human Capital Management (HCM)
  4. Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  5. Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  6. Procurement (PROC)
  7. Data Warehousing (DW)
  8. Business Intelligence (BI)
  9. Business Process Management (BPM)
  10. Content and Collaboration (C&C)
  11. Governance, Risk, and Compliance Solutions (GRC)
  12. Application Foundation Security (AFS)

The following roles are required:

  1. Analysts
  2. Developers

The experience levels are defined as such:

  1. SENIOR: Minimum 5 years of experience
  2. MID: Minimum 3 years of experience
  3. JUNIOR: Minimum 1 year of experience

More specifically this covers all SAP systems and their interconnected CIS infrastructure products and the processes related to its administration and the development of custom software code, including but not limited to: SAP Basis activities, custom application code development activities on SAP/ABAP and web/front-end systems, all SAP environments, Database servers, Application systems, Interface systems (DUET), SAP GUI client systems/workstations and supporting systems to host and secure SAP installations (Firewalls for segregating networks, networking components, Access Control, Remote Connection for remote users). It also includes the testing and verification of the security controls identified as deliverable from the execution of the CIS security risk assessment.

A consultant should be able to command the aspects of one of the following business areas:

  • FINANCE: Financial Management (FM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and the specific Finance Development Area (FDA)
  • RESOURCES: Human Capital Management (HCM), and a specific Resources Development Area (RDA)
  • LOGISTICS: Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Procurement (PROC), and the specific Logistics Development Area (LDA)
  • ANALYSIS:  Data Warehousing (DW), Business Intelligence (BI), and the specific Analysis Development Area (DDA)
  • ARCHITECTURE: Business Process Management (BPM), Content and Collaboration (C&C), and the specific Architecture Development Area (ADA)
  • SECURITY: Governance, Risk, and Compliance Solutions (GRC), Application Foundation Security (AFS), and no specific Development Area.

Profile 1 - Senior SAP Analyst

Minimum 5 years of experience as analyst, proven by CV, and by interview if required, in the corresponding Business Area. The role encompasses:

- Excellent conceptual knowledge, ability to produce feasibility studies, to advise management with high level solution designs and descriptions

- Excellent knowledge of the SAP Business Area business processes

- Excellent hands-on knowledge of the SAP Business Area customization features,

- Excellent functional specifications writing skills in the SAP Business Area,

- Excellent experience in dealing with business representatives, and

- Very good knowledge of ABAP programming (User Exits, BAPI, etc.)

 

Profile 2 - SAP Analyst

Minimum 3 years of experience as analyst, proven by CV, and by interview if required, in the corresponding Business Area. The role encompasses:

- Very good knowledge of the SAP Business Area business processes

- Very good hands-on knowledge of the SAP Business Area customization features,

- Very good functional specifications writing skills in the SAP Business Area,

- Very good experience in dealing with business representatives, and

- Good knowledge of ABAP programming (User Exits, BAPI, etc.)

 

Profile 3 - Junior SAP Analyst

Minimum 1 year of experience as analyst, proven by CV, and by interview if required, in the corresponding Business Area. The role encompasses:

- Good knowledge of the SAP Business Area business processes

- Good hands-on knowledge of the SAP Business Area customization features,

- Good functional specifications writing skills in the SAP Business Area,

- Good experience in dealing with business representatives, and

- Satisfactory knowledge of ABAP programming (User Exits, BAPI, etc.)

 

Profile 4 - Senior Developer

Minimum 5 years of experience as developer, proven by CV, and by interview if required, in the corresponding Business Area Group. The role encompasses:

- Excellent knowledge of Business Area Group programming (workbench, transports, interfaces, authorization objects, web, portals, etc.)

- Good knowledge of the Business Area Group business processes

- Good knowledge of the Business Area Group customization features,

- Very good testing scenarios writing skills in the Development Area,

- Good experience in dealing with analysts and with Business Area Group business representatives

 

Profile 5 - Developer

Minimum 3 years of experience as developer, proven by CV, and by interview if required, in the corresponding Business Area Group. The role encompasses:

- Very good knowledge of Business Area Group programming (workbench, transports, interfaces, authorization objects, web, portals, etc.)

- Satisfactory knowledge of the Business Area Group business processes

- Satisfactory knowledge of the Business Area Group customization features,

- Good testing scenarios writing skills in the Development Area,

- Satisfactory experience in dealing with analysts and with Business Area Group business representatives

 

Profile 6 - Junior Developer

Minimum 1 year of experience as developer, proven by CV, and by interview if required, in the corresponding Business Area Group. The role encompasses:

- Good knowledge of Business Area Group programming (workbench, transports, interfaces, authorization objects, web, portals, etc.)

- Some knowledge of the Business Area Group business processes

- Some knowledge of the Business Area Group customization features,

- Some testing scenarios writing skills in the Development Area,

- Satisfactory experience in dealing with SAP analysts and with Business Area Group business representatives

The background is the SAP Overall Business Areas of the complex SAP installation (running various releases of SAP, BIW, GRC, etc), as well as of the related IT infrastructure. The client implemented a rather large SAP installation, starting with 3 environments in 1996 to reach the actual figure of 30+ large SAP environments.
