About Peter Lindmark

Peter LindmarkPeter Lindmark is CEO (Managing Director) of UL Union Legend (Asymptotix). He has extensive business administration experience in various IT and industry projects. Peter has worked for StatoilHydro, Anite plc, the European Commission, Eurostat, Connexion Group and now founder and partner of Asymptotix. Peter has a Master of Science in Automation Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology (1987 - 1993).

Asymptotix (since 2008)

Business administration of the company. Managing several client accounts. Built up asymptotix.eu from scratch in Drupal. Expertise in Drupal development: built up 4 websites in Drupal, including one with e-commerce (with Ubercart). SEO optimisation. WCAG 2.0 expertise. He also works with contract compliance and management of contracts.

Connexion Group (2004 - 2008)

Managing Director. Administered IT projects and payroll services for IT consultants. The companies turnover grew 120% in four years.

Connexion (1998 - 2004)

Account Manager. Managed dozens of IT, statistics, analytical and methodological projects with EU institutions, mainly Eurostat. Fields: environment, audiovisual services, ICT, foreign direct investments. Type of work: drafting of Legislation for structural business statistics SBS (for EPE chapter), database management, harmonisation of data, estimation of missing data and methodology. Contacts with Directorate Generals, Statistical Agencies, National Banks, Ministries. Visited all statistical offices of the new EU countries, orgainsed seminars, developed measures to improve data collection in the environmental field.

Planistat (1996 - 1997)

Worked with data collection of foreign direct investments (FDI). Developed data methods to reduce harmonisation of data from 3 weeks to 4 hours. Used Desktop Publishing (Quark XPress) to produce several analytical publications.

StatoilHydro (1993 - 1996)

Project Manager at aluminium foundry plant. Building new production lines (5,000 sqm, 300 employees) according to the lean manufacturing principles. Capital intensive investments in machinery and equipment (production lines with high level of automation and robots).
