Alistair Menzies Anderson

AMA is a commercially focused senior executive in the technology sector with considerable expertise in the realms of Digital Marketing and Cloud Computing.

Alistair has a proven record in business development - direct and via channels and partners - and he is well versed in taking a consultancy approach to meeting client needs through the delivery of complex business solutions where needed.

As a marketer he is very experienced in designing and delivering digital marketing initiatives and providing insightful customer analytics in alignment with traditional marketing initiatives.

Here at Asymptotix Alistair has been responsible for developing our strategic vision and Digital Marketing strategy. He sits tirelessly behind the scenes and helps plan the orchestration of the platforms that communicate with the rest of the world.

For two years he has also been responsible for operations management at cnaSoft, an innovative Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) software startup which recently won the first prize for the the Best Emerging Technology at the ICT Awards in the UK.

He has taken care of the development, design and improvement of the business systems and processes that create and deliver cnaSoft's products. This includes project planning and prioritising customer, employee and organisational requirements.

Alistair is able to combine first rate financial, operational and project management experience and he is also a corporate finance whiz. He has a head for numbers - the projection of balance sheet and profit and loss models in standard VC and PE formats is one of his great strengths. He can also crank that kind of modeling on the more detailed operating numbers, and indeed his opex analysis for asymptotix has brought us back to the path of sanity more than once.
