The Helpdesk Technician is a key support function. He/she will be responsible for first and second level support for systems-related incidents for the Luxembourg and other Group offices, and will participate in various IT projects.

Context of the mission
The client, an insurance company in Belgium, faces challenging SAP projects in 2010. The intention is to integrate the bank insurance population into their SAP HR system. This project mainly focuses on payroll, time, PA, OM and reporting + data migration.
In the meantime their current SAP HR system has been upgraded to ECC 6.
